With over 20 years experience in providing compliance and training to manufacturing and service businesses, Ms. Young has developed and implemented quality system (GxP) policies and procedures (SOPs); directed the efforts of quality control laboratories supporting vaccine manufacturing; conducted and hosted inspections for U.S. and foreign regulatory agencies, clients, and suppliers; developed a program management office to support clinical and commercial contract manufacturing; and provided business development activities including sales support, proposal generation, customer relationship management, and project management. As a highly sought after certified facilitator and strategic business leadership coach, Ms. Young provides executive coaching; facilitation of peer advisory boards, business assessments, strategic planning, and team building programs; highly interactive training programs for diverse groups; meeting facilitation with international audiences; and customized and off-the-shelf training programs in such areas as: business skills, technical operations, regulatory requirements, and software implications. As an authorized administrator of DISC and PIAV assessment tools, her work with Fortune 500 companies, FDA-regulated industries, training institutes, universities, and community development and start-up organizations across the country is led by her passion for and ability to translate technical materials into general terms and work effectively with anyone from front-line personnel to executive management. Ms. Young is a member of the Project Management Institute, American Society of Training and Development, and has served on the Advisory Board of the Pharmaceutical Training Institute. Ms. Young received her B.S. from the University of South Carolina and her M.B.A. from Loyola College.
