Melanie Woolwine has a wide range of skills within the arena of logistical support and graphic design. She has more than eight years of experience with Federal government contracting. She has assisted with the management of numerous conferences/meetings and consultants on TBG’s NIDA contract. Ms. Woolwine is well acquainted with Federal government travel regulations and is familiar with negotiating hotel and meeting accommodations. She currently assists in maintaining and managing the DPMCDA database, which consists of over 600 consultants to date. As the Logistics Coordinator for TBG’s Office of Population Affairs (OPA), Office of Family Planning (OFP) contract through the Department of Health and Human Services, she is responsible for the initial review of consultant technical assistance requests, expense reports, reimbursement, and maintaining and managing the on-line Web-based database that consists of over 200 consultants. Melanie Woolwine received her B.A. degree in Art & Visual Technology from George Mason University in 2007.
