Jon Seidel brings vast experience to his clients, from his work as a software engineer (including Agile software development), technology turnaround specialist and Director of Data Processing to his roles as project manager, CIO coach, business coach, expert witness, and consultant. Since 1979, Mr. Seidel’s expertise has helped clients develop focused business plans, build potential partnerships with Fortune 100 companies, resolve major personnel issues, set the stage for acquisitions and expansions, achieve contractual agreement when adding new leadership, and improved planning and forecasting with focused communication and goal review. As a Certified Management Consultant and former National Board Member for the Independent Computer Consultants Association, he lends his unique insight and mastery to all his work. Jon Seidel earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from University of Florida and his Master’s degree in Business Administration in Banking from Golden Gate University.
