Sean Ryan is Senior Web Developer, Development Team Lead, and Lead Web Designer. In this capacity, he is responsible for the user interface and aesthetic design of all websites and web applications developed at the NOAA Coastal Services Center. His primary responsibility as Team Lead is to work with project teams of various skill levels in scoping new development projects. His work with application development has proven very successful, even when faced with the daunting task of starting from scratch on a project that has been in long-term use in a different form. Improved processes and highly acclaimed products have resulted from his collaboration. Sean Ryan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from American InterContinental University following extensive music education at University of South Carolina.
