Dr. Sue E. Pressman is nationally recognized as one of the country’s leading career management experts, a sought after trainer, workforce development specialist, and published author. She creates and customizes training curriculums, is accomplished in designing and implementing research studies for Federal agencies and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies for assessment and program evaluation including surveys, interviews, benchmarking, focus groups. Her strength includes the ability to interpret data and write reports for a broad range of readers from executive level reports to newsletter articles for the general public. Dr. Pressman holds a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech, a Masters degree from Gallaudet University and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Florida. Her published dissertation was The First National Study on Deaf Business Owners: Implications for Career Counseling. She has also written numerous published articles and curriculums on career management and consulting. Sue Pressman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); National Certified Counselor (NCC); National Certified Career Counselor (NCCC); Master Career Counselor (MCC); Global Career Development Facilitator Instructor Certification (GCDFI); and working towards completion of Retirement Coach Certification. She is fluent in American Sign Language and President Elect of the National Employment Counseling Association.
