As a Certified Management Consultant and executive coach to CEOs and business owners, David Norman’s three decades of experience in the field and extensive publications are an asset to his clients. Mr. Norman consults with governmental, non-profit, and for-profit companies to: determine and meet their strategic development and implementation goals; evaluate and improve operations and profitability; nurture executive growth and development; and refocus on program and management accountability and results. He has facilitated over 360 strategic and operational planning sessions for clients, most with breakthrough results. David Norman’s articles have been published by leading journals for the past 30 years and he has two books on costing and pricing for NAHM. He earned his Bachelor’s in business and economics from Furman University and his MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill. He has been an adjunct faculty member at Pfeiffer University and Queens University, McColl School of Business for over 20 years.
