He has assisted numerous organizations in implementing change in the face of fiscal challenges and increasing productivity, profitability, and innovation while working with existing budgetary limitations. Drumm McNaughton, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and Naval Aviator, earned his Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Human and Organization Systems from Fielding Graduate University.
