Judith Light has extensive experience in strengths –based organizational planning, changing workplace culture and environment, emotional intelligence development, general leadership development, management and supervision development, customer service, and culture transformation. Her work with clients has resulted in successful outcomes, including clear direction for corporate decision-makers, smoother transitions of functions on the executive level, positive culture changes and process improvements to focus on improvements, and resolved conflicts with improved communications and relationships. She has led engagements with Department of Navy, DOL OIG and HHS (HRSA and BPHC) focusing on helping clients overcome inefficiencies and disengaged employees to gain improvements in all areas for efficiency, accountability to internal and external customers, improved performance through training, and positive supervisory team relations and communications. Long-term clients include Native Alaska corporations doing business as 8(a) companies and public utilities business service centers. Ms. Light is a Certified Practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry, Certified in Emotional Intelligence Leadership (program and coaching), and a Certified Management Consultant, and provider of Taylor Protocols Core Value Index, Top Performer Profile and Human Capital Audit workforce hiring systems. She has given numerous guest presentations to universities and colleges, including Argosy University, Webster University, Colorado University – Denver School of Business, and Colorado College. She has spoken at the IMC Confab (Enlightened Leadership) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. She is currently serving as Director of the National Board of Directors of IMCUSA as Chapter Presidents Council Chair and Nominating Committee Chair. She served as Board President and Chair of the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony Association Board of Directors. Judith Light earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado and her Master’s degree from Colorado College.
