Meredith Levert is an Organizational Development Consultant and Trainer and CEO and Principal Consultant of the Levert Group Management Consulting, LLC with more than 25 years of experience. In her role as Former Vice President of Human Resources at GE, she utilized social science tools and strategies to design and conduct workplace assessments, administered and analyzed survey data and provided feedback to key organizational leaders, developed recommendations and strategies to address organizational needs, and identified and trained managers/employees in the areas of behavior and organizational change. Ms. Levert is a valued workforce trainer/consultant to Fortune 500 companies, membership associations, and government agencies with an emphasis on leadership development, performance management, communications and facilitation. She designed and implemented organizational audits/assessments and training designed to identify issues and challenges, including designing and delivering training to NOAA, Water and Sanitation Authority, District of Columbia Dept of Public Works, and NIH- National Institute of Drug Abuse (Procurement Office). In her work developing and administering assessments and training, she has worked with TYCO, BD (Becton & Dickerson) ASHA (American Speech, Language and Hearing Association) ADA (American Diabetes Association), and ACS (American Chemical Society). Meredith Levert is former board director of INROADS of Greater Washington serves on the board of the Transitional Housing Corporation of D.C. and the Maryland Board of Nursing. She is a 2001 graduate of Leadership Maryland and Winner of Maryland's 2006 Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise Award.
