Margaret Dorchester offers clients expertise and experience that have spanned three decades and include proven success in both the government and private sectors. Her guidance has helped clients achieve performance excellence through deeper customer knowledge and delivering desired products/services effectively and efficiently. Public sector clients have improved relationships with the public and elected officials. She is able to cultivate skills and current strengths of clients to successfully launch new businesses, campaigns and communications plans while increasing productivity. Ms. Dorchester is a Certified Management Consultant and certified Project Management Professional. With her expertise in quality systems, she serves as Chair of the Judges Panel for the Washington State Quality Award program and as Alumni Examiner with the Baldrige National Performance Excellence program. Margaret Dorchester earned her Bachelor’s in Mathematics from University of California at Los Angeles and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
