William Cioffi has designed performance evaluation tools and directed workforce management studies for agencies throughout the federal government including the FAA, DHS, Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Army, and the U.S. Air Force. He developed surveys and assessed quality of ambulatory care for veterans and has evaluated nurse locality pay throughout the Veterans Health Administration. Mr. Cioffi provided quality assurance and performance evaluation training to the Walter Reed Army Medical Center to improve hospital and facility maintenance and respond to veteran and congressional criticism. As a developer of training programs for Army logistics and support specialists, He helped to evaluate the quality and timeliness of base support activities. He provided ISO 9001:2000 certification support.  His work brought about enhanced revenue collection for the Department of Veterans Affairs through market research, vendor surveys, and hosting an industry-wide conference. William Cioffi is founder of WP Cioffi Engineering Management, Inc. He earned his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Southern California.
