Tom Casey is a recognized specialist in business performance improvement and operational redesign, as well as an innovative developer of information technology plans.  He has experience as a partner, manager, and consultant for both large and small consulting firms, and has been a consultant to industries, governments, and nonprofit organizations. He has managed and implemented large-scale systems used by Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Casey is Founder and President of Business Consulting Services. He has also held the following positions: Lecturer and University curriculum advisor, as well as Student and Faculty Mentor, Board Programs Chair and Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter, Institute of Management Consultants USA. As a Certified Management Consultant and Certified Computing Professional with almost 30 years of experience in the consulting profession, he has had engagements spanning a broad range of industries, governments and non-profit organizations. With clients throughout the eastern United States, he offers his expertise as an innovative strategic technology planner, graduate and undergraduate student mentor, author, and speaker. He is a recognized leader and designer of the Rapid Transformation of business work processes. Mr. Casey is active in the Philadelphia Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants USA as a current Board Member and former Chapter President. He is a member of the Business Intelligence Curriculum Advisory Board of Saint Joseph’s University.
