John Bryan is a Certified Management Consultant who has guided 20 startups from concept to launch; Mentored elected and traditional leaders in Africa in leading strategic change; Developed and implemented strategic change in Fortune 1000 organizations and state and local government; Developed and implemented balanced scorecard applications and designed and implemented strategic change in mines in Michigan, Chile, and Ghana; Created and validated post-conflict leadership model to help Uganda transition from conflict and Kenya avoid in 2011 a repeat of the 2007 post-election violence. In Dr. Bryan’s work as President and Founder of eProcesses consulting, he focuses on professional services helping organizations to migrate information management to the internet and to develop and implement strategic change. He is noted for his presentations including multiple post-conflict leadership in geo-political and in business contexts in Geneva (2010), Boston (2010), Prague (2009), Los Angeles (2008), and Vancouver (2007) and on new statistical basis for determination of consensus in large samples at 2010 IIE annual conference. John Bryan earned his Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from University of Phoenix with Doctoral Dissertation on Regional Transitions from Conflict to Post-Conflict: Observed Leadership Practices, his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University, and his Bachelor’s degree from University of California, San Diego.
