Ethics
All work and activities are controlled by requirements (i.e., what is needed and how it is desired), deliverables (i.e., results or actions expected within a given time), or constraints (i.e., limits to what is to be done). Yet rules, regulations, and requirements can never be spelled out for all circumstances. Under such situations people are guided by their own unwritten guides -- their experiences, best judgment, or their conscience. In a more formal environment where there are many people working within the same organization, a code of ethics and professional conduct serves as the ‘unwritten’ rules and regulations not spelled out in operations manuals. The Baldwin Group subscribes to the use of a Code to provide additional guidance to all personnel working with or for us. Every person who works on behalf of TBG will have agreed to abide by TBG’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
