Our view regarding learning is that all training courses should

TBG Strategic Learning Logic Map sorts the components of the
learning enterprise into discrete components to help understand
the stages in thinking about this aspect of organization
development. Importantly, we can help determine a
return-on-investment (ROI) number to justify future investments
in training. We utilize
Kirkpatrick’s course evaluation scheme in assessing the
value of our courses that include adult education approaches
using
multi-modalities to deliver the message.
