Outreach and Learning
TBG believes that the way to improve an organization is through
its people. TBG staff excel at helping people learn through
specialized case-driven courses we help design for managers and
staff (see
training section for details) and with outreach
solutions that engage groups and communities. TBG also provides
distance learning opportunities.
Management Support
The engine of an organization is its managers, the people
positioned in the center with executives above (the steering)
and staff below (the fuel). Following inspired executive
leadership, the managers hold the key to success or failure in
an enterprise. We have little doubt that investing to support
management to get the work done is a priority.
Tool Application
Tools help make complexities clear, make confusion
understandable, and provide objective guidance to subjective
issues. We believe that tools serve to build consensus, to have
everyone working from the same point of view and the same set of
inputs. As a firm, we are process oriented and design flow
charts as tools to make visual an area of practice. We develop
and administer survey tools for clients, and we are well versed
in measuring just about anything.
