Strategic Exploration Training
Strategic Exploration is a method to reveal a large number of potential options prior to strategic decision making. It is a method of developing and considering a range of options and their implications. In this course, you will be able to answer the question, "What will happen if I took this route?" It documents the implications of any action you wish to take or do not take. This is a powerful tool for all decision makers!
