Managing Change Training
As organizations change to meet new opportunities and challenges, a reciprocal response to change occurs with people. Some react positively, some negatively, and some appear not to respond at all to the changes. This session helps all change agents to better deal with managing change.

  • Description of the dynamics of change
  • Characteristics of the key responses to change
  • Establishing the environment for change
  • Developing change strategies
  • Drafting champions to facilitate change
  • Dealing with the negative aspects of change

  • Develop an effective strategy to optimize change initiatives
  • Apply strategies to neutralize negative responses to change
  • Understand the critical planning components that affect results
  • Learn why the change agent must also be a cheer leader

  • Workbook with references and graphics
  • Approximately 35% of the time is in the presentation mode
  • Client-based case studies, supported by individual and group activities and exercises, serve to reinforce the lessons

Course Length
