followers, there are no leaders. In this session, we
provide ideas about how best to energize people to
do what leaders need done.
Course Content
- Leadership in challenging times
- Assess leadership behaviors
- Leader’s impact on employee morale
- Strategies for moving employees past "it’s
not my job" mentality
- Moving from training to implementation
Key Objectives
- Learn what the ‘new’ environment means to
leaders
- Learn the signals leaders send to followers
- Apply coaching and counseling skills to
energize people
- Learn to empower people for continuous
improvement
- Design a plan that facilitates getting the
work done
Materials/Text
- Workbook with references and graphics
- Approximately 35% of the time is in the
presentation mode
- Client-based case studies, supported by
individual and group activities and exercises,
serve to reinforce the lessons
Course Length
- One-day for up to 25 individuals per session
