DISC Personality Analysis

In this session, you will learn about DISC, a
just-in-time tool to analyze personality styles and
apply communication styles to suit respective,
diverse occasions and people. Learn and practice
two-way interpersonal communications with active
listening, and learn how to diffuse emotions when
dealing with others. You will learn to use the
strategies and practice the tools in job situations.

style
- Developing people-reading skills

- Use DISC tool to understand and minimize

- Workbook with references and graphics
- Approximately 35% of the time is in the
presentation mode
- Client-based case studies, supported by
individual and group activities and exercises,
serve to reinforce the lessons
