Creative Problem Solving
Training |
|
A
problem is any situation that requires changing. A
solution is the future situation you desire over the
present one. Thus problem solving is a process by
which we seek alternative futures - solution
options. In every problem, there are usually a set
of worthy and valid solutions. Often by
systematically asking a series of simple questions,
we can discern the root causes of a problem. Once
this is accomplished, then we ask another set of
questions to identify any number of solution
options.
