Getting everyone to agree to a common idea and
direction can be a challenge. This session provides
participants the critical tools to efficiently and
effectively develop team agreement. All team members
will benefit from this session.

consensus
- Professional secrets about consensus
building
- Skills and behaviors used in facilitating a
consensus-building session
- Four-step process for reaching consensus
- Power-listening to gain agreement that
facilitates consensus
- Deadlock-breaking tools and consensus by
deadline
- Modeled practice of new skills using
participant-derived case studies
