Communication Strategies Training
This session analyzes the communication roles between senior management and staff. We demonstrate communication styles to suit respective, diverse occasions and people.

  • Apply communication styles to suit respective, diverse occasions and people
  • Use savvy influencing and persuasion skills
  • Balance assertiveness with cooperative behavior to achieve goals
  • Demonstrate use of people or task tools to make your point

  • Workbook with references and graphics
  • Approximately 35% of the time is in the presentation mode
  • Client-based case studies, supported by individual and group activities and exercises, serve to reinforce the lessons

Course Length
