  • Understanding the role of risk and performance level
  • Three-phases in HP team development
  • The 8 attributes of a HP team, including ways to find opportunities

  • Understand and use risk versus performance chart to guide team development
  • Learn and use the 8 attributes of a HP team
  • Learn the changing leader/follower paradigm when forming a HP team
