- Understanding the role of risk and
performance level
- Three-phases in HP team development
- The 8 attributes of a HP team, including
ways to find opportunities

- Learn about the development, maturity and
successes of HP teams
- Understand and use risk versus
performance chart to guide team development
- Learn and use the 8 attributes of a HP team
- Learn the changing leader/follower
paradigm when forming a HP team
- Understand how to move people to being
interdependent
