Conference Planning

What is it?

A disciplined process to provide for a formal gathering for presentations, discussions, and networking.  The process can be simple (a one-day local meeting) or complex (a multiple-day national meeting with invited speakers, poster sessions, exhibitors, and more).

What Can It Be Used For?
Used when existing facilities are inadequate from size or location perspectives, or when privacy for discussion is desired, or when a neutral location offers a more conducive site for deliberations.
