Who We Are
TBG is a small disadvantaged business with a broad national footprint with offices in Washington, D.C., Manassas, Virginia and Charleston SC. TBG personnel are located in twelve states (SC,VA, MD,RI,CA,HI,TN,DE,WA,NY,ME,MA) plus Washington DC. TBG is a firm with an extended, multi-disciplinary team of consultants and network of partners, such as the Institute of Management Consultants USA. 

What We Do
TBG focuses on the human side of an enterprise by empowering people for performance excellence in their work through consulting, supporting, coaching, and training.  Since 1988, TBG has served, successfully, over 150 clients in the public and private sectors, including supporting outreach and education initiatives with communities.  TBG is a firm with a broad footprint across the U.S., as well as many places worldwide, through teaming with industry associations, universities, and other businesses.  

TBG’s CEO, Dr. Baldwin Tom CMC®, was the National Board Chair of the Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA) and has access to its 800 Certified Management Consultants (CMC®) across the U.S.  This expanded group of experts provides TBG with the depth and breadth to find the best value solution to successfully meet the needs of their customers.
